NAITASIRI has revealed its secret after wresting the prestigious Farebrother-Sullivan Trophy away from Suva last week.
Discipline, is the standard set at the team's camp.
After moving camp to a new venue following several years of being hosted at villages, the Waisea Luveniyali-captained side is now camping at the Police Ready Action Unit (RAU) in Nasinu.
Naitasiri Rugby Union chairman Peceli Rinakama said discipline was enforced on players on and off the field.
"We are thankful that we are camping here at the Police Mobile," he said.
"Discipline is a key factor to us and this is what has been stressed to the players. Most of the time, the boys, camp at villages but this is the first time for the boys to camp somewhere else. And to follow strict discipline within the vicinity of the mobile (RAU), the players are now confined to the environment."
Meanwhile, Naitasiri made few changes to its starting line-up for its first defence against Nadi at the ANZ Stadium this afternoon.
Winger Mosese Luveitasau will miss today's clash after sustaining an injury last week. He is replaced by Fiji Residents rugby league winger Navitalai Ratulevu who will start at outside centre and Esala Delai shifts to the wing.
The game kicks off at 3.30pm today.
