A WEEK should be enough to jell the Vodafone Fiji Bati players for the Rugby League World Cup.
Assistant coach Jo Rabele (pictured left) said they have players who have been playing professional rugby league and should not have any problem adjusting in the team.
The team will spend a week in Fiji before flying to England where the world cup starts at the end of October.
The overseas-based players are supposed to be in the country after October 7.
"Compared to the team that we had for the 2008 world cup, this team has more professional players who should not have problems in jelling together," Rabele, who coached the Fiji Bati to fourth place finish in the 2008 RLWC, said.
"Some players will attend their club (NRL) awards on October 11 and they should be back soon before we head off to England together."
