FIVE-month-old Ratu Kini Nasau Cokanasiga looked every bit the prince his mother said he was at the Johnson and Johnson Baby Show at the 2013 University of Fiji Sugar Festival on Wednesday.
He was crowned the winner in the three to six-month category.
Proud mother Katea Ravouvou said she had not expected the win and had travelled from their home at Vatamai in Lovu, Lautoka, to take part for the first time.
"We came here just to have a little time off and relax," she said.
"I never thought my son would walk away with the prize. The nurses here were also very helpful, They said my son is very healthy and I am really proud of that."
Johnson and Johnson health care product marketing manager Shaima Bibi said the event was a success and they were happy with the turnout.
"This is the 52nd year for Johnson and Johnson to be sponsoring this event and every year, we have seen the event grow," she said.
"Now, people are really stepping up to the challenge and we see not only mothers accompanying their children but fathers as well.
"Basically, this baby show is all about the babies, having a day out for them and in doing so, the whole family can come together and celebrate."
