THE Adi Gusunituba 7s tournament will be held at Votua Catholic School grounds, Ba, on September 27-28. First 32 teams will be accepted. Registration fee $200. THE tournament will be held at the Wairiki Village ground in Bua on the October 10-11. Competition will be for seniors and under-19s. Registration fees for seniors is $200. Cup winner receives $2000 and runner-up $1000. Prizes as well for losing bowl semi-finalists and finalists. Registration fees for U19 is $50. Winner takes $200. Accepted forms of ID for U19s are election ID, passport, school ID with monogram and FSSRU ID. Tampered ID or birth certificates and passport photos will not be accepted. THE Fiji Football Referees Association will be holding national examinations for all current and intending referees throughout the country. The examination is also open to anyone who has participated in an instruction course and wishes to become a qualified referee at the national level. It is a pre-requisite for selection for the forthcoming Inter District Competition in Lautoka. It will be held on Saturday, September 21, starting at 9am at the various venues:

THE Lautoka Youth and Sports-organised Futsal tournament will be held at the multi-purpose courts from October 24 to 26. Entry fee is $300. Only a limited number of teams will be accepted. $1000 for the winner and $500 runner-up. Contact Deo Raj 9710524.
THE VC Squash Club invites all beginner and novice squash players to take part in the W&G Beginner's Squash Tournament. The tournament is exclusively for beginners or D grade players. The tournament will be held at Victoria Courts from September 16 to 19. Fee is $15 and guarantees participants about two competition games plus some refreshments on the day of the finals. The tournament is open to interested players and is not limited to VC Squash Club members. The tournament is a mixed event as there is no separate competition for men and women.
