The Jack's-sponsored Junior Jetsetters, despite having star striker Rusiate Matarerega in their side, are yet to score from two games and will be looking to open the floodgates against Labasa today.
Ba is the defending champion.
Games are being played at Saraswati grounds, Manoca, Nausori.
In yesterday's premier U21 play-offs, Rakiraki beat Tailevu Naitasiri 2-0.
And in the premier division play-offs, Nasinu and Dreketi played a 1-1 draw in the North.
The winner will now be decided by a third match at a neutral venue.
