A WOMAN charged with causing death by dangerous driving denied the charge yesterday.
Jessica Jasmine Joan Hill, 27, appeared before High Court judge Justice Salesi Temo on charges of dangerous driving occasioning death, dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm, dangerous driving and failure to undergo a breath analysis.
Ms Hill is alleged to have caused the death of Sereana Pratap when the vehicle she was driving was involved in an accident on Nokonoko Rd at Laucala Beach in May.
The victim was driving a vehicle heading towards Nadera with two 15-year-old passengers and two 14-year olds.
Justice Temo has set a pre-trial conference for November 8.
