FIVE nights of fun, entertainment and laughter are being anticipated next week with the sole purpose of raising money to help five schools in the Western Division.
Fijian singing sensations Jagdish Punja and Jimi Nathu will perform live in a series of five concerts which will serve as a charity event for schools starting term three next week.
In 2010, the duo collaborated in a similar event and collected about $75,000 for charity.
Mr Punja said the gigs would be a non-stop two and half-hour show.
"Jimi Nathu will be performing his new releases from his latest album, some English numbers and he will keep the audiences laughing with his jokes and comedy," he said.
"I will be performing new and old classics presented in a unique style which I have been working on for some time."
Mr Punja said organisations that would benefit from this were four schools in the West and the Golden Age Home in Natabua, Lautoka.
"This is our contribution to the children and the elderly of Fiji."
