ALSO Island in Macuata has recorded a total of 12 yacht arrivals in the past two months.
Island owner Kyoko Bandy said they had been receiving an influx of yacht arrivals since June.
She said it was quite an experience meeting yachties and talking about their experiences.
"Most of the yachties are from the United States and countries like Australia, Netherlands, Africa, and New Zealand and everywhere around the globe," she said.
"The experience has been quite good for me and my husband since we get to share the latest happenings on the international front.
"We have been setting up entertainment groups from villages close to us and the yachts have been giving us a bit of cash flow.
"It is good to have these yachts around at this time of the year and we anticipate more arrivals throughout the year."
Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority CEO Jitoko Tikolevu said this was good news.
He said they would continue to monitor yachts that sailed through Fiji waters.
