SUBRAIL Park was abuzz on Wednesday night when the Bollywood Rockers from Mumbai in India ruled the Vodafone Festival of the Friendly North stage with stunning performances.
The high-spirited crowd cheered on as the Indian performers strutted their stuff throughout their 50-minute show.
The crowd was given a taste of Bollywood and fusion dances along with traditional performances and songs.
Group head Subhash Goyal said they were excited to perform in front of an enthusiastic crowd.
"Performing in front of the Northern crowd is really exciting because they loved our show," he said.
"The festival committee requested us to come and perform here and we thought it was a good idea because it was also a chance for us to visit the Northern Division for the first time.
"We have been performing for a number of years and our trip to Fiji is what we were expecting the most.
"The people are so friendly and we look forward to visiting the area again in the near future."
The group is well-known in India with the members having toured parts of the world such as the UK and parts of Asia.
The group left for Suva yesterday morning and will fly back to India on Sunday.
