Fiji rugby under-20 coach Viliame Gadolo has cautioned Suva to lift their performance in the Digicel Cup final against Nadroga team.
Gadolo, who represented both the Capital City side and Nadroga during his playing days, said Suva's performance against Nadi was a lack lustre affair and needed vast improvements.
"Suva's performance in the first half last Friday evening against Nadi was not very impressive and they need to lift their game against Nadroga or they will be demolished at Lawaqa Park," said the former Flying Fijians hoopker.
He said the Suva backline resorted to aimless kicking when pressured by the opposition.
"Nadroga has depth in their forwards and backline and their coaching staff have a wide selection of players to choose from."
It will be the clash of the champions from two of the countries rugby giants.
Nadroga has been the Digicel Cup holder for the last three years while Suva is the Farebrother-Sullivan Trophy champion.
However, Gadolo pointed out that Nadroga should never underestimate Suva as they proved against Nadi that they could absorb the pressure and have the ability to play 80 minutes of rugby.
"They have the caliber of players to take on Nadroga for the whole 80 minutes," he said.
Without making any predictions, Gadolo said both teams were almost equal in all departments.
"It will be rugby at it's best."
