DIGICEL Fiji is keen to renew its sponsorship with the Fiji Rugby Union for the provincial competition.
With the six year sponsorship term ending this year, company chief executive officer Maurice McCarthy said they were ready to talk with FRU on a possible extension.
He said they were proud supporters of Fiji rugby and keen to help with its development.
"We are very much thinking of renewing the sponsorship," he said.
"We will be sitting with FRU in due course and talk about the next stage of the sponsorship, it's got to be what's right for us and what's right for FRU and yes, we are very interested."
Digicel Fiji joined FRU in 2008 and since then has been consecutively sponsoring the provincial competition which features 12 teams.
It has invested over $2m in sponsorship for the competition.
Meanwhile McCarthy is looking forward to an exciting Digicel Cup final today at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.
Defending champions Nadroga will take on Suva at 3.30pm.
"We are hugely proud to be associated with FRU since 2008 and we are looking forward to a fantastic game in the final."
FRU board member Mosese Taga thanked Digicel Fiji for its support.
