KOLINIO Laisenia contracted juvenile rheumatoid arthritis when he was in Class Six. And despite being confined to a wheelchair since then, he enjoys his life to the fullest.
Mr Laisenia, who is unable to walk or use his legs because of a problem with his joints, spoke to this newspaper as part of the Include Disability Employ this Ability (IDEA) program.
He is the manager for the IDEA survey forms project, funded by AusAID, which aims to match disabled people in Fiji with job opportunities.
He is urging the physically-challenged to fill the survey form.
