THE Fiji Football Association is looking to broaden its development program around the country.
As a result, the parent body will be advertising the positions of part-time development officers.
Fiji FA president Rajesh Patel said they would be advertising the positions for part-time development officers in the South, West and North.
"We have the fulltime officers but the new appointments will be to cover the vast area in Viti Levu and Vanua Levu," Patel said.
"With one officer you can't. So we can have two officers in the same salary."
He said they were planning to secure international matches.
"Fiji has moved up to 185 from 191 in the FIFA world rankings," Patel said.
"The rankings are based on certain criteria used by FIFA. I have got a letter from the president Joseph Blatter congratulating Ba for winning the National Football League for the fourth consecutive year. So FIFA is keeping tabs on all nations."
