AD Patel College aims to create history by winning the first ever Girls Under-16 Championship organised by the Fiji Football Association.
The Ba school was on fire during the opening round of the competition at the Fiji FA technical academy ground yesterday.
Spearheaded by deadly striker Louisa Tamanitokula, AD Patel College recorded 11 goals in two matches.
The side hammered Adi Cakobau School 6-0 and then trounced Vashist Muni College 5-0.
The two victories earned AD Patel College a spot in the final despite a round robin match remaining against Kamil College today.
AD Patel technical advisor Kamendra Singh said they wanted to create history.
"We came in late to help out the women coaches," Singh said.
"We gave them technical advice and it was well received by the students. We have gone so far."
"Louisa is our top scorer and she is in good form. We need to tidy up a little. We are already in the final but there is one more round robin match to go."
