Sanatanis to fight against HIV

SANATANIS cannot afford to sit back and witness the danger of HIV/AIDS take over the future generations.

Instead, they need to make a stand and the time was now, said the former president of Shree Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha of Fiji, Dewan Maharaj at the Sabha's 54th annual convention which ended in Nausori yesterday. Mr Maharaj commended the work of the President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau, for being a strong advocate of HIV/AIDS. He said Ratu Epeli continuously empowered and educated children about the danger of HIV and AIDS and Sanatanis needed to follow his example. The organisation also thanked the government for moving ahead with its plans for unity, peace and progress.
