Cabbie robbed

Update: 11:44AM THREE men robbed a taxi driver and drove off with his cab on Tuesday.

Fiji Police Force spokesman Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said they were concerned with the increasing attacks on taxi drivers.

The taxi was hired from Valelevu to Tuirara, where the driver was robbed.

Inspector Sokomuri called on drivers to take precautions at all times and be mindful of their safety.

This is the 19th case of taxi robbery this year.
