THE Alfred Schuster-skippered Suva Golden Oldies rugby team won the Manila 10s Veterans Division Trophy in Philippines earlier this week.
The Flat Planet Suva Golden Oldies supported by Digicel Fiji defeated hosts Manila Nomads Extinct Volcanoes 25-5 at the Nomads Sports ground in Manila in the final.
The Fijian side played and won its games against teams from Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan to book its place in the showdown.
The win earned Suva Oldies trophy and medals.
Schuster also presented the Nomad's captain David Feeny a traditional tanoa gift as a token of appreciation for hosting this event.
