Update: 3:54PM RESIDENTS living at Varavu in Ba have been urged to store water as the Water Authority of Fiji announced disruptions to the area from 8pm today to 5am tomorrow.
"This is to allow our production unit to carry out a test operations in order to feed residents living in Vatiyaka areas," the WAF said in a statement.
Areas affected are Varavu, starting from the junction of Bulu District School Road up to Nadhari junction, Varavu Central Road, Varavu Cemetery Road and Varavu Sanatan School.
"Consumers living in the affected areas are requested to save water for their family use during this period. Supply is expected to be restored after the work has been completed," the WAF statement said.
