Update: 2:47PM THE Japanese Embassy has farewelled the Japanese Government's scholarship students who will pursue further studies in Japan the next two to five years.
Japanese Ambassador Ellchi Oshima said the scholarship was the seed of all outstanding achievements the recipients had achieved.
Present at the farewell were students who also received scholarships from local universities and those who will be studying in Japan.
