Update: 2:19PM THE Samurai International side have qualified for the Cup quarter-finals of the Hong Kong 10s tournament at Happy Valley.
The Sailosi Naiteqe-coached side progressed through to the next knockout stage with easy wins over Newedge Club 52-5, 26-0 over Freshfields Wild Titans and 7-nil over Tag Heuer Eyewear Pyrenees in pool play last night.
The side plays Hill & Associates Scottish Barbarians in the quarter-finals this afternoon.
Tuwai's men could not penetrate the Pyrenees defence despite their brilliant footwok and passing skills.
Both teams were locked nil-all at half-time. However a tactical change by Naiteqe in the second half was vital for a try.
Former national sevens rep Nasoni Roko danced his way through the Pyrenees defenders to score under the crossbar.
Samisoni Rabaka successfully converted the try.
Naiteqe said they wanted to create history at the tournament.
