Update: 12:47PM POLICE are investigating an accident involving a three-tonne truck and a Telecom Fiji Limited vehicle in Rotuma.
The truck collided with the TFL vehicle along Coastal Road between Losa and Itumuta after it failed to negotiate a sharp bend, said police spokesman Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri.
Insp Sokomuri said the truck was carrying 12 passengers, one of whom suffered injuries and is admitted at the Rotuma Rural Hospital.
He said the other passengers were treated and sent home. He said the two drivers were interviewed by police and released.
