FIJI'S top amateur golfer Olaf Allen Jr will face Vikash Chand in the Fiji Amateur Match Play Championship eliminations at the Nadi Airport Golf Club next week.
Allen Jr is the top qualifier for the FAMPC after winning the Fiji Amateur Championship title at the Fiji Golf Club.
National Golf Association of Fiji secretary Amitesh Chandra said the matches during the FAMPC would be played over 18 holes.
He said after the eliminations the winners would qualify for the quarter-finals.
"The tournament will start next Friday," Amitesh said.
"The eliminations will be played in the morning. Then the quarter-finals will be played in the afternoon."
"Saturday will be a rest day but the golfers can participate in a tournament hosted by the NAGC."
