FIJI 7s team coach Alifereti Dere will be relying on experienced players including captain Nemani Nagusa, his assistant Osea Kolinisau and Leone Nakarawa to guide the three players who will be making their debut during the Hong Kong 7s this weekend.

The three include Nadroga halfback Sakiusa Gavidi, Ratu Navula Secondary School student Donasio Ratubuli and Suva's Emosi Mulevoro.

After the Wellington 7s, former assistant coach Timoci Wainiqolo stated that the new players were shocked playing in the electrifying atmosphere in New Zealand.

According to Dere this should not happen in Hong Kong.

He said the senior players would be guiding the new players.

Dere admitted that the atmosphere in Hong Kong would be deafening.

"That is where the role of the senior players comes in."
