Fiji Football Association senior vice president Sheik Ibrahim sees the remainder of the 2013 season as one to look forward to and one that could spring a few surprises.
Ibrahim said giants Ba, Nadi and Labasa were tipped to shine but held special praise for the Navua side that is going through a re-building phase.
"Ba is always up there as one of the best. Nadi is far better this year and very competitive, so is Labasa but the team that has caught my eye is Navua," Ibrahim said.
"They have been building up really well since the IDC last year. They have some very skilful home-grown talent, their passing game is good and pleasing to watch. Even when they were down to 10-man and lost to Suva, they were by far the better side, dominating territory and possession and only faltered because of some poor goalkeeping and defensive frailties.
"I even told their president after their fine outing against Labasa (0-0) that they could go on to do great things this season. I also mentioned to him not to make too many changes in the new transfer window."
Ba, Nadi and Labasa hold the top three positions on the National Football League.
