Update: 3:02PM BRUMBIES coach Jake White has named Fijian outside centre Tevita Kuridrani in five changes for the Super 15 clash against the Sharks on Sunday.

The other changes to the side are Scott Sio (prop), George Smith (openside flanker), Fotu Auelua (No.8), and Joe Tomane (wing).

Kuridrani, a former Australian sevens player, is whom White is banking on for some unorthodox play.

White said the Sharks, runners up in 2012, posed a huge test for his side.

"Traditionally this has been one of the Brumbies biggest games of the season. To come away from Durban with four points is a huge challenge but one the team feels comfortable with," White said in a statement posted on the Brumbies website.

"Scotty Sio has been working hard on his set-piece and fitness and it's nice to be able to hand him his first starting jersey.

"Likewise Tevita, Joe and Fotu are proven Super Rugby players and I'm looking forward to seeing those guys in full flight on Saturday. It's nice to be back in Durban, I've always enjoyed my time here and hopefully things stay like that after Durban."

In other matches, the Highlanders face the Hurricanes tonight (live 6.30pm) and the Waratahs face the Cheetahs (live 8.30pm).

The Southern Kings take on the Chiefs tomorrow, Crusaders take on the Bulls and the Reds face the Western Force.
