Update: 2:32PM A BUS driver and conductor will appear in the Navua Magistrate's Court tomorrow to answer charges in relation to the death of a student.
The 18-year-old student died last Friday after jumping off the bus in Serua when it did not stop.
Police spokesman Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said the bus driver has been charged with negligence while the bus conductor has been charged with manslaughter.
