FIJI Gold Nasinu Netball Association will have its 2013 Annual General Meeting on March 14 at FASANOC House Bau St, Suva from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. The opening knockout will be held on April 6, 2013 at Victoria Courts, Knollys St, Suva from 10am to 5pm. Registration fees is $200 per team. $100 is to be paid on or before the knockout date. Elite Scrum Day

THE following players have been requested to attend the Elite Scrum Day on March 13, 20 27 and April 24 in Suva: U20 front row, Setefano Somoca, Benji Makutu, Jerry Naureure, Jone Vuniwere, Bill Veikoso, Manasa Saulo and J. Watisoni (Northland), David Edward, Joji Washington, Viliame Ralesi and Marika Cabenalevu.

Day plan: 9.30am-Basic components exercises: Core strength (recall), flexibility, body positioning); 11am-Judo class; 12.30pm-Lunch; 2pm-Video session; 3pm-Scrum sessions on field with and without scrum machine. PLEASE be advised that the training session that was supposed to be held this Saturday March 16 has been postponed to March 23. THE MH Red Rock 7s tournament will be held on March 22 and 23 at Albert Park in Suva. Registration fee is $400. Prizemoney is $5000.
