THE Lautoka Cricket Association will release its 2013 season schedule after the annual general meeting on March 21.
The interim LCA was set up last November in a bid to revive the sport in the Sugar City.
A meeting of the interim LCA executives was held last Thursday with the AGM being the main issue of discussion.
Interim LCA development officer Rukesh Patel said the nominations for the LCA executives were open.
He said the positions included president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer.
"During our meeting some names were proposed for the positions," Patel said.
"They include Doctor Wansantha Amardasa for president, Sivoki for vice-president, Nilesh Kapadia and Adnial Chand for secretary, Alvin Kumar for treasurer and Dr Joeli Mareko for chief mentor. The nominations for the positions will close on March 18."
The interim LCA created history in December by introducing the Super Six format in the country.
National reps Jikoi Kida and Jone Sevou guided the HMT Transformers team to a smashing 55 run victory over TKG Yadrana in the final of the competition at the Central College ground.
