THE Suva Magistrates Court has adjourned the case of a man allegedly connected to the theft of $50,000 worth of the new $100 bills from a bank in Suva.
Viliame Cama is charged with one count of theft.
Appearing before Magistrate Yohan Liyanage, Mr Cama was represented by Legal Aid Commission lawyer Jeremaia Savou.
Mr Liyanage deferred plea because the representative from the State was not present in court.
The case has been adjourned to March 25.
Vasemaca Senilagakali, who is separately charged with giving false information to a public servant in relation to the robbery, also appeared in the same court yesterday. And with the State prosecution not present in court, her date was moved to April 23.
