THE lawyer for former Works, Transport and Public Utilities Ministry principle information officer Sainiana Radrodro needs more time to serve their application to FICAC.
Filimoni Vosarogo told the court he needs time to gather information because of its importance to the case.
Mrs Radrodro appeared before Magistrate Yohan Liyanage on charges of obtaining financial advantage by deception on 11 separate occasions from 2010 to 2011, contrary to section 318 of the Crimes Decree Number 44 of 2009.
Mrs Radrodro allegedly obtained financial advantage by falsely stating that the minister had requested a total of $9560 on more than 11 separate occasions between May 2010 and June 2011.
Mr Liyanage adjourned the case to March 25 for pre-trial conference.
