CANADA-based Jack Reddy is among the four applicants for the position of Lautoka soccer coach for the remainder of the 2013 season.

The Lautoka Football Association had advertised the position after dismissing the former district reps who were appointed by the LFA council for five Fiji Sun/GP Batteries National Football League matches.

Reddy is the owner of the Select Soccer Academy in Fraser Valley in Vancouver.

He holds a Canadian Soccer Association 'B Provincial' coaching certificate, Coaching Association of Canada technical level three certificate and a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Advanced National Diploma.

The other applicants include Immanuel Manu, Tagi Vonolagi and a former Lautoka rep who has opted to remain unanimous.

Manu has a wealth of experience having guided many district teams in the past and also being the technical advisor for the national side while Vonolagi is well known for his success with the Tailevu Naitasiri team.

LFA president Shalendra Prasad said a decision on the new coach would be made after the council meeting tomorrow.

The LFA council meeting will be held at the Churchill Park canteen at 5.30pm.
