A BENCH warrant has been issued against former Assistant Superintendent of Police Rehana Rubeena Sen.
The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption's case concerning Sen was called last week before Magistrate Sufia Hamza in the Suva Magistrates Court for ruling.
The ruling is in regards to FICAC's application to have the matter transferred to the High Court.
Both Sen and her counsel did not appear for the proceedings.
Magistrate Hamza then issued a bench warrant upon FICAC legal officer Rosemary Drau's request.
The matter has been adjourned to April 5.
