NADI aims to give the other teams a good run for their money in the Vanua Challenge despite facing a lot of problems in the lead-up to the annual event.
The lack of indoor facility has seen the Nadi teams train in wet and trying conditions at the Airports Fiji Limited hard courts in Namaka.
NVA vice president Dan Vakadranu said they had set high goals regardless of the setback in preparations.
He said they would be fielding two strong teams in the competition.
"The Nadi One men's team will have former national beach volleyball rep Isake Raratabu and indoor rep Joe Draunibaka," Vakadranu said.
"Former South Pacific Games beach gold medallist Finau Waqa will guide the Nadi One women's team together with national rep Repeka Waqa. These players are very influential.
"Our other two teams are made up of emerging players," Vakadranu said.
"This is a chance for them to play in a high level competition."
