SPORTS competing in the Pacific Mini Games in September in Wallis and Futuna have only 10 days left to pay their levies.
Team Fiji chef de mission Alini Sovu said the levies were due on March 16 when they would have their next managers meeting.
"The $300 levy per athlete and official is due during our next managers meeting which will be on March 16," Sovu said.
"The levies will be used to confirm logistics and we would also need to secure our flight details as soon as possible," she said.
"In the past, there have been cases of last minute arrangements and it becomes very hectic so we are trying to avoid that by being as best prepared as possible." She added the managers would also need to submit their reports on how their sport is preparing for the Mini Games.
"Also, we had distributed athletes with agreement forms which we will be collecting from the managers," Sovu said.
