THE Bula Fiji Tennis Classic will now be played tomorrow following the postponement of the final round of the singles and doubles matches yesterday.
US-based Rachel Manasse injured herself on Monday and is expected to recover by tomorrow.
Manasse, Roxanne Ellison, Sierra Ellison and Australian Karolina Wlodarczak are part of the event this year.
Tourism Fiji marketing officer Kini Raicebe said participants would attend a charity event today which was part of the tournament.
He said they would pay a visit to Sawani Village before visiting the Dilkusha Home in Nausori.
"Most of these participants haven't experienced village life before so they are interested in attending the kava ceremony and seeing the lifestyle of the people in the village," Raicebe said.
"They will later present some stationery supplies to Dilkusha Home which is part of the charity visit."
Raicebe said the organisers were hoping for a good turnout tomorrow at Victoria Courts in Suva.
Wlodarczak is the defending champion of the event which started in 2010.
Bula Fiji Tennis Classic is a professional women's tennis tournament for Fiji and the South Pacific aimed at empowering youths particularly in Fiji to achieve their dreams through new opportunities.
