GOLD Coast Titans Rugby League defence coach Wise Kativerata has invited the Fiji Rugby Union to attend his coaching clinics in Nausori today.
The former Australia sevens rep arrives into the country today with the North Queensland Cowboys officials.
Kativerata will conduct clinics at the Lelean Memorial School and Sila Central High School before he proceeds to help the Nausori Cowboys.
He said the FRU development officers were welcomed to attend the clinic. The former NRL player, who had raised concerns on the national team's defence, said it would be a prime opportunity for the FRU to work on some loopholes.
Fiji sevens head coach Alifereti Dere said Kativerata had helped them win the 2011 Gold Coast Sevens. However, he said Kativerata should only assist the team.
"He helped us at the Gold Coast in 2011 but after that Semi Radradra and Watisoni Votu left the team.
"It is good he is helping the team but he should not try to come and take players away," Dere said.
Kativerata's session starts at 1.45pm at the Lelean school grounds today.
