Nasinu

FIJI Gold Nasinu Netball Association will be holding its 2013 Annual General Meeting on March 14 at FASANOC Bau St, Suva from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. The opening knockout will be held on April 6, 2013 at Victoria Courts, Knollys St, Suva from 10am to 5pm. Registration fees is $200 per team. $100 is to be paid on or before the knockout date. RUGBY

Deuba 7s

THE Deuba Development Open Sevens Tournament will be held at the Deuba District School grounds on March 2. 12 teams will be accommodated in the open category and 12 teams will be accommodated in the under-20 category. Registration fee is $120 and closes tomorrow. The Cup winner will get $500, runner up will get $300, 3rd placed team will get $230, 4th placed team will get $200. The plate winner will get $160, runner up will get $130 and bowl winner will get $100 and runner up will get $50. Koronivia 7s

SEVENS tournament will be held at the Koronivia ground on the March 9. Only sixteen teams with an entry fee of $150 will be accommodated. The first to pay in full gets to participate. Nadroga

THE second and final trial for the Nadroga Rugby squad will be held on Wednesday at Lawaqa Park. The trial will start at 10.30am and all players are requested to be there by 10am.Please note that only those are in the current training squad will be considered for the trial. A SPECIAL general meeting of following zones wil be held this Saturday at Korovou for all zone clubs at 10am at the Police Bure

Korovou zone clubs, Nukuvutu (QVS) zone clubs, Tai/Verata/Vugalei zone, Wainibuka zone - Nayavu, Naiyala zone, Dawasamu zone. Each club to send a delegate to this special general meeting to discuss the 2013 club games opening in zones, other important matters for discussion on Northland zone development. TRAINING has started at Johnny Singh Park in Lami daily from Monday to Thursday at 5pm. Any player wishing to join the club is most welcome.
