Hope for easy income

MEMBERS of the Naivurevure Women's Group in Naitasiri now hope to generate income from their homes.

The development comes after the Ministry of Social Welfare, Women and Poverty Alleviation handed over two sewing machines last week.

The machines, handed over by minister Doctor Jiko Luveni, will help the group develop sewing skills and earn an income.

Soqosoqo Vakamarama Naivurevure president, Asilika Vosabalavu said the women felt appreciative and empowered.
