district associations will now need to submit quarterly reports to the Fiji Football Association.
The quarterly reports must include the local league updates, women's/youth league updates, financial report, accounts of fan clubs and minutes of the council meetings.
Fiji FA president Rajesh Patel said the quarterly report had been made mandatory. He said with the reports the parent body would be able to see if the associations were working within the set perimetre.
"A mandatory fine has been put in place for the non-submission or late submission of the quarterly reports," Patel said.
"If reports are not submitted, teams will not participate in the Fiji FACT, Battle of the Giants and Inter District Competition."
