WITH memories of their loss in the final of the Vulaca Championship still fresh in their minds, the Security Forces womens volleyball side has begun preparations for the Vanua Challenge.
The annual event will be held on March 8 and 9 in Suva and Security Forces are aiming to go one step further in the tournament.
Security Forces Volleyball Association president Viliame Waqavuka said this was the first time they would participate in the Vanua Challenge.
He said after the Vulaca Championship, they now know what they were up against in the Vanua Challenge.
"It's going to be even tougher and competitive and we will be ready for it," Waqavuka said.
"That is why we have started our training from Monday this week and we will continue training until the event."
