Update: 6:33PM RAINFALL has been continuing for the past three hours in the Sugar City with no immediate signs of letting up.
Nadi and Ba have reported no rainfall for the same period.
Ba special administrator Arun Prasad said the Ba River had stabilised and the Times news team in Nadi also reported the same.
Lautoka City Council workers have worked overnight to ensure that drains and waterways have been cleared of debris.
