Friday, February 22, 2013

LYRICAL twister Sam Ratumaitavuki better known as Fortafy will make his debut with the unique brand of hip-hop at the Ice Bar in Nadi this evening.

The Fijian rapper, who resides in Brisbane Australia and scored a top ten hit in New Zealand last year, said he was excited and looked forward to his first ever performance in the country.

Despite the wet weather and flooding that is being experienced in the Western Division, Fortafy said the show would go on.

"I would like to invite you all to come and hear my music and meet me in Nadi," Fortafy said.

"And I would like to acknowledge the Novotel Nadi and the Holiday Inn in Suva for hosting me during my stay in Fiji." He will distribute stationery to schoolchildren affected by Tropical Cyclone Evan with Australia-based charity Pacific Smiles this weekend.
