By FELIX CHAUDHARY
Thursday, February 21, 2013

Update: 1:48PM PARTS of the Western Division are under water as heavy rainfall continues to pelt the cane belt and tourism centres.

The Nadi Bus Station, parts of the Lautoka central business district area, and Luvu on the outskirts of Lautoka are under three feet of water.

People living near waterways and low-lying coastal areas are making preparations to move to higher ground.
