Minister commissions 170K hospital upgrade

A NEW $170,000 upgrade of the Ra Sub-Divisional Hospital's accident and emergency wing was commissioned by the Minister for Health Dr Neil Sharma last week.

The new wing will cater for the 30,000 population of the Ra Province.

The upgrade was an initiative of the Cosmopolitan Rakiraki Club which was closing after a tenure of more than 70 years.
