NEIL Searancke scored an impressive plus seven to win the Fiji Golf Club Summer Cup bogey event at Vatuwaqa golf course last Saturday.

The Coca-Cola Amatil Fiji chief executive officer edged David Wong to win the men's A grade at the BSP Life sponsored event.

Wong settled at second place on count back and Eric Nand was third.

The B grade was won by Mohammed Ishak who scored plus six.

Tanasio Naqarase was second on plus four and young Juijuia Leca had plus three to settle for the third prize.

The winners in the C grade were a family affair.

Young Masi Naupoto had scored a massive plus ten to claim the first prize in the grade beating his father Viliame Naupoto and Uncle Penisoni Gauna who had to settle for second and third prizes, respectively.

Naupoto scored plus eight while Gauna had plus five.

Susie Yee and Lillian Allen, who scored plus two and plus three, had respectively won ladies' divisions one and two.

Allen also won a nearest-to-pin prize on the sixteenth hole.

The round four of the Summer Cup continues on Saturday.

Sixteen top players on the BSP Life Summer Cup leader board in the last three rounds will play in a seeded draw.

A two-stroke penalty will be applied to those who fail to comply.
