THE annual South versus West snooker challenge which was initially supposed to be held at the Nadi Sports Club today has been moved to tomorrow.
The day-long tournament will feature the top players from both divisions.
The southern team will include Fiji number one Praneel Singh, Deepak Jai Ram, Jiten Prasad, Ashneel Nand, Viliame Umu and Timoci Gaunavinaka.
The west team will have the services of Suresh Papi Chand, Vineet Gounder, Vinay Madhwan, Bob Shiu Nadan, Rakesh Rao, Rakesh Shai, Mahend Deo, Niazim Ali, Vineel Nand, Shalend Gounder, Vinay Madhwan, Dharam Jeet Singh, Vinesh Prasad, Philip Gock, Mohammed Imran, Pita Tevita, Rajinesh Kumar, Mohammed Jusuf, Shalend Scotty, Ali Boy, David Reddy, Navneeda Gounder, Divesh Patel and Munesh Kumar.
Event co-ordinator Rimal Narayan said they would play at least 17 frames. The southern team has won the title for the past three years.
