FIJI Rugby Union board member and commissioner western Commander Joeli Cawaki believes a lot of things needed to be ironed out in a bid to build a winning combination for the 2013 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Russia.

Commander Cawaki who briefed the Digicel Fiji 7s team upon their arrival from Los Angeles yesterday morning said the RWC 7s in June remained their main target.

He said it was not the end of the road for the team as there were tournaments remaining in the HSBC Sevens World Series.

"I have talked to the team management," Commander Cawaki said,

"We have a lot to do together that's the FRU board members, team management and the players. It is not the end of the road as the HSBC SWS is still going on. There are a lot of things that we need to iron out to bring about a winning combination before the RWC 7s. Our target is the RWC 7s. We should be there to bring glory to the country."

The RWC will be held from June 28-30 in Moscow.
