IRB strength and conditioning level one course for primary and secondary school PE teachers will be held at the FRU gymnasium at NASA base in Namaka, Nadi tomorrow. Compulsory pre-course requirements: Mandatory that all participants complete log into online rugby ready (www.irbrugbyready.com) and level one strength and conditioning www.irbsandc.com and complete the online course test.
Print out certificates and bring to the course for registration. Course Fees: $20.

Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s
THE Fiji Bitter Nawaka Sevens will be held on March 1-2 at Prince Charles Park in Nadi. First 64 teams for the Cup Competition and 16 teams in the U-18 competition .Entry fee are $450 for the Fiji Bitter competition and $250 for the U19. THE tournament is aimed for Lautoka rugby clubs only. The first competition will be held at Nadovu Park this Saturday. Registration fee of $30 per team for the first 24 teams only.
