FLYING Fijians coach Inoke Male has named a mixture of experienced and new players in the Fiji Warriors team for the 2013 Pacific Rugby Cup competition which starts next month.
The team is dominated by under-23 players who are vying for a spot in the national side for the 2015 Rugby World Cup in England.
Male was impressed with the performance of the players at the fitness test on Friday and the trials at Albert Park in Suva yesterday.
However, the former Fiji number eight said there was a lot to improve on in remaining days before the side takes on Junior Waratahs on March in Sydney, Australia.
"Time is not on our side right now, but the boys have been keeping up with their Daily Training Programs that we gave them from the first fitness test and have managed to maintain their fitness," Male said.
"But there is still a lot of work to be done and when the boys march into camp next week, there are a couple of areas that we need to work on before their first game."
Top players included in the side are Aisea Natoga, Kolinio Vunaki, Henry Seniloli and New Zealand-based Nathan Hughes.
Meanwhile, all players are to meet at the Fiji Rugby Union House tomorrow at 9am before they will be transported up to Queen Elizabeth Barracks in Nabua for a three-day camp.
They are requested to bring their necessary training gear and passport, four passport size photos, birth certificate, marriage certificate, wife's consent letter, TIN letter and bank details.
