The award winning Cross restaurant, with its airconditioned main dining room and open air, ocean view diner area offers a special, three course Valentine's Day menu created by chef Allwyn Lobo.
The menu comprises gravlax, caviar and traditional accompaniments including a choice of either fragrant gremolata chicken or tender, organic beef fillet followed with a decadent dessert all for $95 per person.
Alternatively spoil your partner with a Signature Table at the Radisson Blu's deck, overlooking the ocean. Here, you will be spoilt with your own servant or a more secluded option with your table set in the sand.
The menu, created just for Valentine's Day by Chef Henry Selmann, starts with an oyster trio showcasing different flavours, followed by cinnamon braised pork belly in the lead up to a sumptuous seafood platter for two featuring lobster, prawns, calamari, octopus and tuna with locally grown vegetables.
This menu is topped off with a decadent dessert to finish the dining experience with that special someone.
